Ordering and Custom Orders Terms of Conditions

We strive to exceed the expectations of our customers. Please contact us if you have any questions about a particular design.

• Each Rosary is handmade and can slightly vary in size. 
• Customization of any piece is limited to reasonability.
• Personalized Rosaries are limited to 10 letters.
• Name bracelet strands are limited to 10 letters per strand.  Each additional letter will be charged an additional $2 per letter.
• The genuine gemstones and pearls used are purchased by the strand and will vary in brilliance and luster by their nature. 
• The pictures on the website are representative of the style Rosary you select, however each Rosary ordered may have some variations. We have made every effort to describe and display our pieces as accurately as possible.  The actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
• Blessed Treasures reserves the right to use alternate bead caps and chains depending on availability.  If this would be necessary, we would notify you before doing so.
• Once materials have been purchased for a custom Rosary, there will be no refunds.
• Rosaries will typically be completed within 2 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and availability of materials, but could take longer on custom orders if materials are difficult to attain.  You will be notified if this is the case.
• Upon your request, we will be happy to provide you with pictures of your custom Rosary or jewelry via email prior to shipment.
• Blessed Treasures encourages discussion of design ideas and will provide a detailed purchase order for your review prior to ordering materials for customized items.

 Care of your Rosaries and Jewelry

Our rosaries and jewelry should last a lifetime with normal use. We encourage you to care for your new prayer beads.  To maintain the look of your new rosary, we suggest that you wipe your rosary beads down with a soft cloth and store them in the anti-tarnish pouch between uses.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  The genuine gemstone beads and pearls are delicate.  Do not expose them to ammonia, steam cleaning, ultrasonic cleaners or abrasives.

 Sales Tax

Blessed Treasures is a registered business in the State of Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania residents will be charged a 6% sales tax with purchase

Your  online payment is 100% secure.

Our pieces arrive in either a lovely organza gift bag or gold box.

We provide a complimentary anti-tarnish pouch with every five-decade rosary designed with sterling silver.

Shipping 

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of your custom order. Items labeled "IN STOCK" ship out within 48 hours or 2 business days. If you need faster service, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.

Orders from international customers are accepted with some restrictions. Please contact us if you would like to place an international order.

We use fully insured, UPS Ground Shipping on most domestic orders. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please let us know at the time you place your order if you'd like your package delivered faster (i.e. overnight, 2nd day air) or via other carriers.

 Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

Guarantee and Return Policy

The strung rosaries and jewelry items are made using professional grade 49 strand stainless steel cable and is much stronger than tradional chain or other beading wire. They should last a lifetime with normal use.  If any item purchased from Blessed Treasures should break within one year, we will repair the item at no charge. Please return the item with all original parts. If all the original parts are not returned, you will be charged for replacement parts. Please be sure to insure the item when shipping back to us.  All returns must be insured to receive credit. Please note that we do not refund shipping.  You will be responsible for shipping and insurance charges.  Blessed Treasures is not responsible for items that have not been insured when shipping.

Please note:  You must notify us and get a confirmation from us if you are returning an item.

No refunds will be given on damaged merchandise.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON ANY CUSTOM ORDERS.  However, we strive to please our customers .   If you are unhappy with a custom design, please contact sales@blessedtreasures.com and we will be happy to discuss your concerns.

Privacy and Mailing List

Blessed Treasures values your right to privacy. We will not disclose, sell or trade your personal information with any outside party. However, we would like to retain our valued customers email addresses for our mailing list. This will be used solely for the purpose of sending you special sale offers and future updates. We will remove you from your mailing list at your request.
