You may contact us by phone Monday through Friday at 913-669-7655, between the hours of 9am and 6pm.  If you wuld like to leave a message after hours we would be glad to return youur call as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

All orders are shipped UPS ground unless there is a request for Express Delivery, and then the best available rate will be selected.

 

Returns are accepted with 14 days of purchase.  We would appreciate it if you would contact us first to allow us to resolve any issues you may have with your product.  Only unused and unaltered products will be accepted for return.  We cannot refund shipping costs and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Any personalized or custom made products are not returnable.
