Proofs
After you place an order, either online or by phone, you will receive a proof of your order through your email or by fax within 2 business days. The proof will show you the color, font and layout of your text. You will then have the opportunity to make any changes you feel are needed. Do me a Favour will work with you until you are satisfied and will not print any orders until a final approval is given by you.

Do me a Favour is not responsible for mistakes once the final proof is approved.
Set Up Fee
There is an additional set up fee of $10. This is for the time and design of the invitation.
Payment
Do me a Favour accepts all major credit cards. Checks are accepted but orders will not be shipped until this form of payment has been received and cleared. After placing the order, we will send you an invoice of the total amount.
Shipping
Do me a Favour ships all orders by either UPS, or US POSTAL service. We will ship blank orders within 3-5 business days and printed orders will ship within 4-6 business days after approval. UPS ships only to a physical address, not to a Post Office Box. Do me a Favour only ships Monday-Friday and we do not ship on major holidays. We offer ground, 3 day, 2nd day air and overnight.
International Orders
At this moment we do not ship over seas.
Rush Orders
There is a $15.00 rush charge fee.
Approximate time frames for shipping ground from Florida are as follows:
- East Coast 2 to 3 business days
- Mid-Central 3 to 4 business days
- West Coast 5 to 6 business days
In-House Printing
The majority of our printing is performed in our own facility. The process is a flat print and we print in almost any color. Please note that envelope printing is separate then invitation and stationery printing.
Return Address Printing
All of our invitations have envelopes included. If you would like to have your return address printed on the back flap, the charge is .50 per envelope.
Return Policy and Re-prints
We do not accept returns. We are unable to except returned printed items. If you find there is a misprint on your product, please inform us and we will work with you to quickly correct this error. Our graphic designers are trained to proofread all orders for grammar and spelling, but ultimately it is up to the customer to approve their proof. If any order contains a misprint due to our staff, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you. |
