What are your policies? TOP

Minimum Purchase Requirements: There is no minimum purchase requirement for all of our items.

Processing Orders: We will process your order within 5 business days.  DragonLilyBoutique Business days are Monday - Friday.  We're closed on Saturday, Sunday and all National and Christian Holidays. There are other times when we may be closed, for example; trade shows, scrapbooking expos, etc.  When this occurs a notice will be posted on our Home page in advance.
Shipping: We will on ship to the United States.  Those in Alaska and Hawaii please contact us for additional charges.

Is it safe to place orders through your website? TOP
It is 100% safe to place orders with us. Your payments will be processed through Paypal where we are verified members. If you have questions about placing orders please contact us.

What is the price of shipping? TOP

Shipping Prices
 
$4.50 + 10% of order.
 
 
 

Are items refundable/returnable? TOP

If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return all unopened and unused items for an exchange within 15 days of the shipping date.  Sorry, we do not offer cash refunds, instead you will receive a store credit.  Please be aware of the following issues regarding DragonLilyBoutique return policy:
1.  Books, Punches, CD's, DVD's and Magazines may not be returned.
2.  Due to limitations in the printing process, actual product color may vary.
3.  DragonLilyBoutique reserves the right to substitute a similar item of equal value and consistency in the circumstance where certain products are out of stock or have been discontinued.
4.  All sales are final on discontinued, clearance and sale items.
5.  Returned items must be unopened and unused.
 
In order to return an item, our customer must contact DragonLilyBoutique for a return authorization code. For returns, contact info@dragonlilyboutique.com.  When receiving this code, you will be given instructions to return the item.
 
Problems with an order?
 
If you received damage merchandise due to shipping please notify DragonLilyBoutique within 5 days of receiving the package so we may take appropriate action with the carrier.  Please keep all original packaging and the damaged item for proof of claim.  It will also be necessary for you to note in writing the extent of the damage and even take a photograph for record purposes.
 

What is your turn-around time? TOP
