Packages are shipped USPS priority mail with confirmation. Shipping is based on USPS Priority mail rates. Items are weighed and cost includes packaging materials. You may purchase insurance before checkout. Remember to purchase insurance based on the total cost of all of your items. Insurance is highly recommended for valuable
and breakable items.
~RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY~
The Pawsh Poodle Boutique does not issue refunds or returns. Most items are vintage, hand-made or one of a kind. Vintage items will have slight imperfections due to their age. You should be aware of this before you purchase any vintage item. I choose items for their age, patina and character.
I will not knowingly sell an item that is broken. This is why purchasing insurance is so important. Items broken in route will then be covered by insurance, which in most cases is cheaper then returning the item.
Hand-made items or one of a kind items will vary in look etc..because they are hand- made and not mass, machine produced. Please keep this in mind when purchasing a hand-made item.
