Sales Tax
The Pink Window is located in Arizona. Sales tax is charged only for orders being shipped in Arizona.

There is a fee for rush or same day orders. Please consult with a customer service representative for this information by calling or emailing us.
Some items require an additional shipping charge due to excess weight or special packaging requirements. If there is an additional shipping charge for an item it will be noted on the product page. Please add this amount to the standard shipping cost listed above.
Please note that most personalized items take 3-4 days to monogram and ship.
Returns
We are dedicated to providing you the best service and products. If you are unhappy with your
purchase for any reason, please contact us via email or phone within 14 days of receipt to get return
authorization approval. Items must be in new, unused condition, with any original tags attached. We
cannot accept returns for personalized or custom designed products unless defective or damaged.
Please do not send any item back to us without prior authorization as some items must be returned to the
manufacturer. In this case, the customer may be subject to manufacturer's restocking fees.
Please note that when returning items in which you received a discount offer, that discount offer will no
longer apply if you fall below the discount offer threshold.
Shipping is non refundable.
Coupon Codes
If you have a coupon code to use, the code must be entered at checkout under "Voucher." Follow the instructions by clicking on "Recalculation" to get your total. Only one coupon code may be used per order.
Orders
Due to inventory and packaging requirements, items may be shipped in separate or multiple packages. We cannot ensure permanent availability of all items. Some products sell much better than we can predict. We will inform you if an item is unexpectedly out of stock. The Pink Window reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available and we will contact you in this case. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will not be charged for any item or order that is cancelled by us.
